So, I have tons of good news about Abbie today, she recieved a letter in the mail from the dance studio. She made the dance team. Straight Up She is so excited. She can slide into her splits from standing, and she has worked at it so hard. The best part about her making the team is, her parents required the grades good ones... She went above that and also made the Honor Roll!!!
Needless to say, we are proud of her! Way to work hard Abbie! You earned it Babydoll! :o) Just remember that... you have to be grateful for what you receive... and blessings only come with hard work.

Wow... Im a little overwhelmed... in a good way. How do you say thank you or even come up with the right words for the biggest compliment someone could ever give you? Im writing this, because Im not exactly sure how to tell her, but I do want to thank her... So here's what happened...
My friend, sent me a picture of the most beautiful baby... next to mine of course. Then, we chatted on the phone for a very long time. During our conversation, I learned that this baby... was actually a gift. For someone else. This amazing, wonderful, beautiful friend of mine, who happens to be an amazing mother related to me the many reasons why she chose adoption for her beautiful baby. Of course, I tear up listening to her story, because it is something so dear to my heart... because of my babies. She started telling me one of the reasons she chose adoption was "because of the way you are with your kids, they way you love them. You don't love Jackson, Bailee, or Kennedy, any differently than I have seen you love Abbie and Jeffery."
It took me about a day for it to sink in... absorb... really think about it. At first, I thought, Really? Me? OK... But, she's seen me on my bad days... ? When its been rough... She has been closer to me and my life than I let most people get. When I spoke with her a second time, she explained to me that she knew that this baby was loved, by its adoptive family, and this whole situation had Gods hand in it. Her strength has been so uplifting to me this past couple of days.
I remember having a discussion with her once, or twice... about how things happen for a reason. That our Father in Heaven DOES things for a reason... She and I met, and became friends, because of one of my kids. It has slowly turned into what I would call a domino effect, for a positive experience...
So, this is for you my dear sweet friend, Thank you for the compliment. Please Always remember your gift made a family, you, are amazingly selfless, and loving and I couldn't admire you more than I do right now... and I love you
